2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 large thinly sliced nectarine
1 thinly sliced bartlett pear
2 ounces of brandy
4 tbsp. white sugar
1 750 ml bottle of red wine (sweeter is best)
- Cut all fruits and berries into thin slices
- In a pitcher brandy, balsamic, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the wine to the pitcher and stir together until combined.
- Add chopped fruits, chill in fridge overnight, and serve.
