Gavius Anchovy Stuffed Olives
Introducing our new line of olives selected from the best olive groves in Southeast Spain.
These olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain's Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with locally grown ingredients, and packed in a mild brine, so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff the ingredients, one-by-one, into queen olives. These olives are great in salads, hors d'oeuvres, and cocktails. Olives are jarred in salted water and vinegar marinade.
