100% California! This robust Picual EVOO hails from our neighbors in the Capay Valley.  When the olives reach the peak of flavor, we harvest and quickly mill these olives at our nearby Séka Hills Olive Mill.

Known as the Flood Picual, it boasts the classic Picual tomato leaf aroma and flavor with a structure built to last. Minty and green tea flavors balance the pronounced pungency, resulting in a pleasantly long finish.
