Return Policy

We hope you love each and every delicious purchase from The Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co.! If you need to return or exchange a purchase, please reference our full policies on our website at www.santafeoliveoil.com.

WITH RECEIPT: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (paper copy or emailed version). Items purchased from our store or website can be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days of original purchase. Only unopened items in new, unopened, and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or return. Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit. Store credits never expire and may be used in-store or online.

WITHOUT RECEIPT: If you do not have your receipt, but choose to return an item, merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit in the amount of the item’s current selling price.

Unsealed, opened, used merchandise is not accepted for return or exchange unless it is deemed faulty by production within 15 days of original purchase. These items must be physically returned to the Company for inspection. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange.

*ALL discounted sale & clearance merchandise is a FINAL SALE.*

Nonrefundable items: gift cards, sale/clearance items, opened or used products.

SHIPPING/ONLINE RETURNS: If you have received the wrong product or damaged product, the Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. will ship the correct product to you free of charge. If you choose to return a purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the returned product, depending on your card issuer's policies.
