Our tasting room is designed to speak to your senses!

Our highly trained and certified staff is available to offer simple pairings and recipes to enhance your every meal. We believe that with the many different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil we can serve our customers to find the perfect match for anyone’s cooking needs.

We currently have two tasting rooms in New Mexico -- located on the famous Santa Fe Plaza and Albuquerque Industrial.  Come by for a tasting and we're happy to give dinner recommendations or suggestions for fun events around town. For your convenience the address is below:
