Dome Valley Garlic Oil (2oz)

Grown and made in Placitas, New Mexico, this is a highly concentrated oil made by farmer Peaches Malmaud. This aromatic and enveloping oil is derived from dozens of garlic cloves per ounce. Taking about a month, the production process is a labor of love. The cloves are harvested mid-summer, then separated from the bulb, mashed, mixed with extra virgin olive oil on a 1:1 ratio. Thoroughly filtered several times before bottling, the final product is intense and special.
