Gavius Lemon Stuffed Olives

Introducing our new line of olives selected from the best olive groves in Southeast Spain.

These lemon-stuffed queen olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with lemon, and packed in a mild brine, so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff lemon one-by-one, into queen olives. These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, and cocktails.

Olives are jarred in a salt, water and vinegar marinade. Serve chilled.
