Lunardi Truffle Honey 130 gr

The Lunardi brothers of Fratelli Lunardi bakery in Quarrata (located a few miles down the hill from Tenuta di Capezzana) have taken advantage of their region's culinary treasures to produce this very special sweet and savory condiment. They have infused delicate acacia honey with shavings of Scorzone black truffles. They sell this aromatic, earthy honey at their delicatessen and bakery along with their freshly baked, wonderfully crusty breads and a large assortment of local Tuscan cheeses.

This unlikely pairing is cheese's perfect match. Serve as an accompaniment to creamy, soft ripened cheeses such as Taleggio, Robiola, or Paglierina, and sharp aged Pecorino Toscano or Parmigiano-Reggiano.
