These Almond-stuffed gordal olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain's Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with almonds, and packed in a mild brine so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff almonds, one by one, into gordal olives.
