This is a refreshing beverage perfect for an evening of entertaining or a spring brunch in place of the classic mimosa.
10 Meyer lemons, juiced, 1 cup super fine sugar
4 cups water
1 – 2 tsp Lemon Zest Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup vodka (optional)
Blend sugar, lemon juice, and water in a pitcher. Add vodka and balsamic to taste.
Stir well, and serve over ice.
