This is a refreshing beverage perfect for an evening of entertaining or a spring brunch in place of the classic mimosa.
- 10 Meyer lemons, juiced, 1 cup super fine sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 – 2 tsp Lemon Zest Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup vodka (optional)
- Blend sugar, lemon juice, and water in a pitcher. Add vodka and balsamic to taste.
- Stir well, and serve over ice.
