Ingredients6 tablespoons of butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 red onion ( completely optional)1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 1/2 pounds red cabbage, thinly sliced1 cup apricots fresh or frozen1/4 cup Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Company’s balsamic vinegar of your choicesalt and pepper to taste PreparationBegin by melting the butter in a heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, allspice, and nutmeg; toss for 1 minute. Next, add cabbage and apricots. Saute until well coated, about 2 minutes. Add apricot and balsamic vinegar.
